A few months ago, I recorded a video with several pelvic release stretches and an important message to both women AND MEN, letting them know that they’re not alone if they have pelvic floor dysfunction (i.e. tension, pain, etc.)… And also letting them know that both genders can be affected.
I’m humbled to say that the response was wonderful… I’ve had several men and women email me stating that the video helped them, and I know that it has spread to many people in need because it already has nearly 20,000 views just three months after publishing it to the ‘Tube.
Here’s the pelvic release video I’m referring to:
As a Christmas gift to you, I’ve recorded you a NEW video based on a request: pelvic release stretches WITHOUT as much talking, and with a little bit of soft music in the background.
Ask and you shall receive! I think you’re going to like the new version.
The only downside (or is it an upside?) is that the new pelvic stretching video is a little bit longer. The new routine is about 30 minutes, so you’ll need to carve out some extra time to do it. However, I know that many people who suffer from chronic pelvic pain don’t mind spending the time if it makes them feel better… And it will.
Treat yourself this holiday season; give your hips and pelvic floor the gift of some rest and relaxation.
Here’s the NEW pelvic release vid:
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, and if you have chronic pelvic pain or tension, I truly hope that it helps you.
While you’re stretching, why not diffuse a relaxing blend of essential oils to calm and soothe you? Here are two of my favorite therapeutic diffuser blends. Use in any standard electronic aromatherapy diffuser:
Peace & Light Diffuser Blend
- 1 drop patchouli for grounding and relaxation
- 1 drop ylang ylang for sensuality and playfulness
- 2 drops wild orange to lighten the mood
- 1 drop tangerine or grapefruit to energize and refresh
Add to your diffuser per manufacturer’s instructions.
Grounding Diffuser Blend
- 2 drops cedarwood for grounding and relaxation
- 2 drops lavender for calming
- 1 drop clary sage to support female hormone balance
- 1 drop ylang ylang for playfulness, and to lighten it up
Add to your diffuser per manufacturer’s instructions.
